How long does my order take to ship?
Candles are hand poured and made to order. They are generally processed within 3-5 business days.
Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Once an order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number.
Please be advised we can not be held responsible for any lost parcels so please ensure you enter your shipping details correctly. (Additional shipping charges may apply if products need to be reshipped)
Do you offer international shipping?
NO international shipping.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days has expired since your purchase date, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or exchange, If you contacted us via email within the 30 days, we will be able to replace your item. (postage at your expense)
We only refund faulty items; your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns should be mailed to 82 Crestfield Dr. Rochester, NY 14617. You will be responsible for any shipping costs of returned items. Once your return is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you if a refund has been approved or rejected. We have the right to refuse a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be put back on your original method of payment.
